Terms of Sale and Delivery
All our offers and agreements are subject to the HBN 2020 (Trading Conditions for Nurseries in the Netherlands). These trading conditions were filed with the registry of the District Court of The Hague on 12 May 2020 under number 12/2020.
Price Agreements
All prices are ex nursery Rijsbergen, Venlo or Dedemsvaart and exclude packaging (such as wooden boxes, plastic crates, etc.) Prices are stated in EURO and excluding VAT.
As long as the plants are not paid for, the plants + the packaging material (as stated on the invoice) remain the property of Holland Plant Sourcing.
Payment net within 30 days after loading.
If you have a complaint, it must be reported to us within 5 days after delivery of the plants.
Transport
We charge transport costs for plants that we have to deliver on behalf of our customer. The transport costs are calculated according to the number of loading meters we require.
Packaging material
Packaging material is charged as shown in the table below.
Packaging material that you return or deliver must always be empty and in good condition.
It is not possible to return more packaging material than what we have delivered or loaded.
CC trolleys must always be exchanged immediately upon delivery or collection.
